About Us
Meet Our Therapists – As Diverse As You.
We believe the therapeutic relationship is cornerstone to meeting your unique needs in healing and change. Therefore, we focus on showing up authentically, with empathy, openness, and acceptance. Our therapists come from different backgrounds, have different styles, and different qualities to bring to the therapy space. They are as unique as our clients and are here to support you in the ways that feel most aligned for you.

Anna Waters, LP-MFT
Therapist
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore all parts of yourself, without judgment. I strive to be a grounding presence in your life and to offer a corner of safety in the midst of busyness and overwhelm. I will collaborate with you to co-create a safe haven within the therapy room, offering rest and refuge amid the complexity of life.
I’m passionate about working with young adults, neurodivergent folks, those exploring identity development, and individuals, couples, and families navigating experiences around adoption and other complex relationship dynamics. My approach is relaxed, relational, and trauma-informed. I am always considering how family, culture, identity, and lived experiences shape the way we move through the world.
Whether we’re deepening emotional connection in relationships or with ourselves, untangling past trauma, or my goal is to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your needs, and build more intentional, meaningful relationships—with others and with yourself. Life gets messy, and I’m here to help you ground and recenter in what’s most important to you. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and creative tools like games, storytelling, and visual mapping, especially in work with kids, families, and couples.
I infuse a deep sense of hope and empowerment into therapy by helping you cultivate a more compassionate inner dialogue. I see therapy as a collaborative process, and I will hold the space to support meaningful growth in your life.

Tawanna Long, MFT Intern
Therapist
I help individuals, couples, and families move through the messy, meaningful work of healing, growth, and connection. Whether you’re navigating relationship dynamics, identity exploration, intergenerational trauma, or learning to set boundaries that honor your truth—I’m here to support you with care, curiosity, and respect.
As a BIPOC therapist, I understand how our identities, cultures, and histories shape the way we move through the world—and how often those complexities go unseen or misunderstood in therapeutic spaces. My practice is grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, safe, and centered in our full humanity.
I work with folks who are exploring how to show up more authentically in their relationships—with partners, families, or themselves. I work with clients who are navigating cultural and generational expectations that don’t always reflect who they are or how they want to live.
In our work together, I’ll meet you with warmth, honesty, and deep respect for your lived experience. I offer a collaborative, relational approach—where therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about helping you feel more connected to your voice, your values, and your relationships.
Whether you’re looking to repair trust, set clearer boundaries, communicate more openly, or break cycles that no longer serve you—this is a space where all of you is welcome.
Let’s build something meaningful together.

Emet Oden, LP-MFT
Therapist
My passion is providing warm, affirming care to trans and nonbinary people and their loved ones. I also support LGBTQ+ individuals, couples (including those in ethical non-monogamous relationships), and families—honoring the unique identities and experiences each person brings to therapy.
I support clients with identity exploration, life transitions, parenting, and relationships. I help partners improve communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and explore ENM dynamics with care and curiosity. I affirm your identities and experiences, and I am here to walk alongside you with empathy, authenticity, and unwavering support.
For trans and nonbinary clients especially, I know how crucial it is to have a space that feels safe and validating. In a world that often denies and devalues trans lives, therapy can be a place to be seen, affirmed, and supported—whether you’re navigating transition, facing systemic discrimination, or simply seeking someone who respects who you are.
I also have experience supporting clients in navigating suicidal thoughts and self-harming behaviors. I approach this work with care and collaboration, prioritizing both your safety and your voice.
I view therapy as a collaborative and empowering process. Whether you’re working through individual challenges or navigating complex relational dynamics, I will meet you where you are and support growth at a pace that feels right for you.

Therapist
Relationships can be a great source of happiness, but they can also be really difficult. I’m passionate about working with couples and partners to cultivate relationships that feel authentic, supportive, and fulfilling. I work with couples from all walks of life, including queer couples, partners practicing ethical non-monogamy (ENM), and couples from differing familial and cultural backgrounds. I’m also LGBTQIA+, trans, non-binary, and kink-affirming.
Therapy with me is non-judgmental, flexible, and paced for your needs. Through warmth, humor, and authenticity, I strive to create a space where you feel safe to express your true self while honoring your unique values, preferences, and culture.
We’ll work together to help you get clear on what’s important to you and what’s making it hard for you to have the relationships you want. You’ll learn tools for connecting physically and emotionally, communicating clearly, engaging in healthy conflict, and repairing after conflict gets messy. You’ll find more ease and connection in your relationships which will extend to your overall enjoyment of life.
